If you have any queries regarding exchanging or refunding goods purchased from us please contact us and we will try to help in whatever way we can. Our policy is as outlined below:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. It must be returned in its original condition, unused and with tickets attached or in its original packaging as applicable. If 14 days have passed from receipt of your goods we are unable to consider your request to return or exchange the goods.
Please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know whether you require a refund or an exchange subject to stock availability. Please confirm the item(s) description, size and colour etc. If you would like an exchange, please clearly indicate what you would like to exchange the item(s) for, description, colour and size etc.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and it should be sent by a trackable means such as Signed For delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. International customers please be advised that we will not refund any charges or taxes you may incur when returning goods to us.
Please package your items carefully to prevent damage. We cannot refund goods which have been damaged in return transit to us.
The returns address will be provided within the email confirming that we will consider your return/exchange.
Providing the item(s) are received by Nature's Kids in a new, unused & re-saleable condition, we will refund your payment via the original payment method or exchange goods to the value of the original purchase price minus shipping costs upon receipt. We will send a confirmation email when the refund/exchange has been processed. Please allow 10 working days for refunds/exchanges to be actioned.
If you have an item you believe to be faulty please contact us in the first instance. We can then arrange for it to be returned, refunded or replaced as necessary. In this instance we are only responsible for standard second class postage.
